No. TwinMail connects to your existing providers (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, IMAP) locally. We do not host your email addresses or store your email on our servers.
Yes. The zero-knowledge encryption architecture applies equally to every tier, including Free. Upgrading increases account limits, sync capabilities, and AI features — not your security posture.
The Lifetime plan ($299 one-time) grants all Family features with no recurring fees. It is limited to 500 early adopter units and includes all major updates for the life of the product.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated against your current billing period. Annual plans receive a 17% discount.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and regional payment methods. We never store your payment information on our servers.
